FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metallurgy industry, machine-building and specifically to joining articles made from different or similar material, and can be used in making assembly units in space and aviation engineering, in instrument making, transportation, electronics and other fields. The method for permanently joining articles involves collecting and joining articles in a protective chamber, heating and thermal dissociation of a working mixture, depositing particles formed from the mixture and forming a joining layer from the formed ceramic deposit in the contact area of the articles. The working mixture used is an organosilicon compound - methyl silane, polysilasanes or methylsilasanes, and the ceramic deposit used is silicon carbide, silicon nitride or silicon carbonitride.
EFFECT: obtaining oxidation-resistant, high-strength permanent joint between articles with high strength and temperature resistance.
