FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of application of nano-layered coatings to blades of turbomachines from alloyed steels. Method of obtaining erosion-resistant coating containing nano-layers for blades of turbomachines from alloyed steels involves vacuum-plasma deposition of metal underlayer and nano-layers from aluminium nitrides, carbides and /or carbonitrides, or from compound of titanium, zirconium and aluminium with nitrogen and/or carbon. After underlayer and each nano-layer is deposited, its ion-implantation treatment is performed. Nano-layers are formed during rotation of blades around their own axis and relative in-series located cathodes. Ion-implantation treatment is performed with ion implantation devices located between cathodes.
EFFECT: obtaining the coating which provides protection of turbomachine blades against salt and gas corrosion, gas-abrasive and raindrop-impact erosion at simultaneous increase of their endurance and cyclic life time.
