FIELD: ceramic item welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diffusion welding of complex ceramic products consisting of two or more nodes. Blind holes are performed on the welded surface of at least one of the welded ceramic blanks. An intermediate gasket made of metal more plastic than the material of the welded workpieces is placed in the area of their contact. Pre-perforation of the intermediate gasket with a laser beam is carried out to obtain through micro-holes with a given distance between them. Welding of workpieces is carried out in a vacuum. Blind holes on the welded surface of ceramic workpieces are obtained by melting and moving and/or vaporizing the material under the action of a laser beam of a pulsed high-performance laser in each of its positions on the contact ceramic surface.
EFFECT: increased strength of the welded joint while reducing the time, pressure and temperature of the diffusion welding process.
