FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: nano-modified binder is obtained as follows. A concentrate is prepared by dispersing particles of a nano-modified in condensation resin with viscosity of over 600 cP through exposure to ultrasound with radiation power of 1-5 kW and amplitude of 20-80 mcm. Further, binder based on condensation resin is added to the obtained concentrate. The invention enables to obtain binder with good re-dispersability and stability of nanoparticles during storage.
EFFECT: prepregs based on the nano-modified binder have an improved system of all properties.
