SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of nanocomposite materials, namely two-component epoxy varnish-and-paint materials intended to enhance the corrosion protection of metal structures in corrosive environments. Method for producing an anticorrosive paint material includes introduction into the epoxy paint material of a suspension obtained by mixing the components and containing solvent, film-forming substance – epoxy resin, multilayered carbon nanotubes, dispersant and a cationic SAS, mixing the resulting mixture and introduction of the hardener into the mixture. As the cationic surfactant, an aqueous solution of the quaternary ammonium salt can be used, as a solvent, a mixture of solvents, for example xylene, butyl acetate and acetone or ethyl cellosolve and toluene, is used.

EFFECT: increased protective properties of varnish-and-paint material and the resistance of the coating to the influence of an aggressive environment, as well as the prolonged life of the treated metal structures.
