FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer composite materials used in structural elements of aviation and space equipment. Described is a method of shortening the curing time of epoxy binder consisting of a base: epoxy resin L, a nano-modifier: single-wall carbon nanotubes with a surfactant, curing agent – EPN 161, characterized in that the base is low-viscosity epoxy resin of cold curing, which enables to conduct ultrasonic dispersion directly in the base, surfactant used is ethoxylated alcohol, which provides sedimentation stability of filler during storage of "resin-nanotube" concentrate, wherein carbon nanotubes are introduced into base in amount of up to 0.15 wt %, and ultrasonic dispersion is carried out at temperature of 60 °C.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of curing hardening duration, improvement of strength characteristics of cured compositions and articles made therefrom.
