FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lubricating device consists of supply line and of return line, of central pump for supply of working oil, of row of units of injection each connected with corresponding metering unit, of line for supply of oil into cylinder, of mounting unit with mounting device interacting with metering unit, of controlled drive/motor interacting with mounting device, and of cylinder block with several metering units. Each metering unit consists of a metering piston in a pump chamber and of a hydraulic valve interacting with the mounting device and pump piston and passing almost coaxially to the pump chamber. Further, the lubricating device consists of a control sensor connected to each metering unit to facilitate stroke/metering amount of oil for cylinder lubrication, and of a central computer for control of motor and valves for supply and termination of supply of system pressure to the hydraulic valve at each moment of lubrication.
EFFECT: centralised step-less metering and fine adjustment in time with flexible control over cylinder lubrication.
