FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of case, wherein there is positioned shaft with lever, of pulsator secured on controlled plate, of flexible link between case and load mounted on lever and of mechanism of case motion control. The said mechanism includes a handle transferred in an arrester and a drive gear engaging a driven gear. The controlled plate with the pulsator is positioned on rotation axis of the driven gear. The load retained with a flexible link can freely travel along the lever.
EFFECT: smooth transfer of device and simplified design.
