FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: each blade rocking mechanism has ring-shaped weight installed in housing for rotation relative to blade rotation axis. Blades are rigidly connected with driving fork in bearings of which on axle, square to axis of blade rotation, intermediate member is installed for rotation relative to inclined section of pinion shaft made in form of skew crank. Fitted on one end of pinion shaft is pinion and on other end, counterweight. Pinion and counterweight have pins whose axes pass through point of intersection of axes of pinion shaft and blades getting into weight slot. Slot is arranged in plane passing through axis of blade rotation. Power takeoff shafts are connected by coupling to form output shaft. Axes of pinion and fixed gear are arranged in one plane to provide rotation of pinion shafts in opposite direction. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 6 cl, 9 dwg
