FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to form a surface layer of ice massif in closed premises, in which absolute air humidity is maintained above the ice massif in the range from 3 to 4.5 g/m3, and water is used with temperature selected from the following range: from +10 to +70°C, and after freezing of the specified surface layer of the ice massif, the temperature of the ice massif surface is maintained within the limits from -4 to -7°C.
EFFECT: using this invention makes it possible to produce a surface layer of ice massif with a friction ratio within the limits from 0,017 to 0,023.
