FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed process comprises the steps that follow. ice pack is pre-cleaned of top layer by ice combine to the depth of 0.2-0.4 mm. At least three planing cycles are executed by said ice combines and ice pack ice tracks or field surface ply is filled with water. Every cycle consists of the field three planning and filling. Cycle first and second planing is executed with maximum removal cutting and maximum water consumption by combines. Third cycle is cut to the depth of 0.4 mm and maximum water consumption. At least two planing and filling jobs are performed with the use of the mix cleaned deionization in membrane filter by water reversed osmosis and water cleaned by ion-exchange filter. This process is executed at 50% ratio of every part and with the mix electric conductivity of 90-100 mcCm/cm.
EFFECT: ice pack that allows high skating speed, longer life.
