FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: installation consists of bed, of non-balanced two-arm lever mounted on bed by means of horizontal pivot axis, of device for lever swinging in form of frame interacting with first arm of lever and mechanism of its reciprocal motion, of two sample grippers, the first of which is designed for interaction with the second arm of lever. On the bed there are mounted a wheel and a drive for turn of the wheel. Also, axis of wheel turn is parallel to axis of lever swinging, while the second gripper of a sample is radially secured on the wheel.

EFFECT: test operations at changed ratio between axial and bending loads both in stepwise and cyclic modes.
