FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: three-axis accelerometer includes three pairs of piezoelectric plates, connecting wires, inertia masses; at that, inertia mass of the first pair of piezoelectric plates is common and has the shape of rectangular parallelepiped, inertia mass of the second pair of piezoelectric plates consists of inertia mass of the first pair of piezoelectric plates, the first piezoelectric plates themselves, which are connected with the first rectangular clamp, inertia mass of piezoelectric plates consists of inertia mass of the second piezoelectric plates, the second piezoelectric plates themselves, which are connected with thin-wall rectangular bushing; at that, the third pair of piezoelectric plates is connected by the second rectangular clamp being the base of constriction, and inertia mass, clamp and bushing is made from current-conducting material.

EFFECT: increasing sensitivity of accelerometer and decreasing overall dimensions.
