SUBSTANCE: disclosed apparatus comprises first to third units for queuing messages, a module identifier register, a unit for analysing the message queue, a multiplexer, a register, a demultiplexer, a flip flop, a synchronisation unit, a first comparator and a second comparator, a first decoder, a second decoder and an AND element, as well as first to N-th adaptive message switching units, a demultiplexer for queue selection, an OR element, wherein the first to N-th adaptive message switching units have read-only memory (ROM) for storing message queues, buffer ROM, a third comparator, a mode flip flop, a pulse generator, a univibrator, a delay element, first, second, third OR elements, a bidirectional address counter, a fourth OR element and an AND element.

EFFECT: wide range of using the device owing to use of apparatus for priority transmission of messages depending on their urgency.
