FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier includes the first (1) input transistor (T) the base of which is connected to inverting input (2) of the device, the second input T (3) the base of which is connected to non-inverting input (4) of the device, the first (5) and the second (6) auxiliary bipoles (BP), the first outputs of which are connected to emitter of the appropriate T (1) and T (3), pedestal current source (PCS) (7) the first input of which is connected to the first (8) supply voltage source, BP of load (9) connected between the second (10) source and collector of T (1), which is connected to the output of device (11). To the circuit there introduced is current mirror (CM) (12) and additional buffer amplifier (BA) (13), base input of CM (12) is connected to the second output of BP (5), current output of CM (12) is connected to the second output of BP (6) and input of BA (13); at that, output of BA (13) is connected to emitter output of CM (12) and the second output of PCS (7), and collector of T (3) is connected to output 11 of the device.
EFFECT: improving amplification factor as to voltage at using comparatively low-ohmic load resistors in conditions of process limits of SGB25VD-technology for supply voltages.
