Abstract RU 2416454 C1

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust separation and may be used in chemical, textile, light industries, etc, for dusty gas cleaning. Scrubber comprises housing with dusty and cleaned gas branch pipes, sprinkler, support grids with nozzle arranged there between, and sludge removing device. Nozzle is made up of cylindrical rings with their side surfaces provided with two cutouts directed parallel with cylindrical surface generatrix and one cutout directed perpendicular to ring axis. Note that said cutouts close to form "П"-shape cutout. Lobes that result are bent toward ring axis. Fold flanges are made on said lobes in direction perpendicular to ring axis, similar lobes being made spaced apart from previous lobes for 90°. Layer of soft vibration absorbing material is applied on scrubber parts surfaces.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation.
