Scrubber attachment element comprising housing with branch pipes for dusty and cleaned gas, spraying device, support grids, between which nozzle is arranged, and slime discharge device, is made in form of cylindrical ring, to side surface of which two opposite hemispherical surfaces are attached so, that hemispheres diametral planes match with cylindrical ring top and bottom bases, respectively, and hemispherical surfaces vertices lie on ring axis and directed towards each other, wherein perforation is made both on side surface, and on hemispherical surfaces, and space between perforated cylindrical ring inner side surface and two perforated hemispherical surfaces attached to its side surface, is filled with additional inert elements, for example, in form of balls, diameters of which are larger than ring perforation diameter and hemispherical surfaces.
