SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises first systems of hoses 6 with first coupler 5 arranged inside tanker inner vertical duct and second immersed floating system of hoses 8 with second coupler 7 to produce watertight coupling between first and second sets of hoses. First coupler is arranged inside inner vertical duct 2 and incorporates lifting appliances 12, 18. The latter serve to hook second coupler and lift it toward position of coupling with first coupler.
EFFECT: safe and fast lifting of second coupler and easy coupling with first coupler.
