FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises transfer channel 6 to transfer caps 2, 2a, pickup 7 and station 10 to extract caps 2a from channel 6 in response to pickup data, said caps not being oriented for handling. Said pickup may be made up of optoelectronic pickup, e.g. photocell, IR range finder and/or image processing system consisting of, at least, one chamber to record availability of open or closed side 2.1 of the cap. There is stop device to lock transfer channel arranged behind the pickup and ahead of extraction station. Another stop device is arranged behind extraction station to pass caps oriented properly and locking transfer channel for caps oriented abnormally.
EFFECT: fast extraction of abnormally oriented caps.
