SUBSTANCE: foot (1) is in thermal connection with a heating unit (5) equipped with a steam boiler (53). The steam boiler (53) is joined to a reservoir (7) by means of a supply system, including a control supply valve (10), opening of which is adjusted by an element (16) changed under temperature effect and being in a thermal connection with the heating unit (5). Opening of a regulating valve (10) is held back starting from the intermediate temperature by means of a stabilising element (18), which exerts a force opposite to the force produced by the element (16), which changes under temperature effect.
