FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: switching device for unloading of two in-series connected semiconductor switches (V1 and V2) which are connected to supply voltage (Vin) and between which primary winding (W1) of transformer (T1) is connected. Besides, the first diode (D2) on the side of anode is connected to supply voltage (Vin) potential at the output of source of the second semiconductor switch (V2), and on the side of cathode - to the first connecting terminal (1) on primary winding (W1) facing the first semiconductor switch (V1). The second diode (D3) on the side of cathode is connected to supply voltage (Vin) potential at the output of drain of the first semiconductor switch (V1), and on the side of anode - to the second connecting terminal (2) on primary winding (W1), which faces the second semiconductor switch (V2). According to invention there provided is the first auxiliary winding (W3) of transformer (T1), which is connected in series between the first diode (D2) and the first connecting terminal (1), and the second auxiliary winding (W4) connected in series between the second diode (D3) and the second connecting terminal (2).
EFFECT: design is simplified and costs are reduced.
