FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the proposed group of inventions there described is scheme of diode for synchronous rectification, which can be used during development of new power supplies, as well as for replacement of common diodes with the proposed scheme of diode for synchronous rectification in the devices which have already been used in technological processes at frequencies of 50 Hz to hundreds of kilohertz. By using field transistors which at 200 A have resistance in open state of 1.5 mΩ, such replacement will allow reducing the static losses in rectifier by 5 times! Besides, there proposed is voltage converter scheme in which there used is rectifier on the basis of the above scheme of diode for synchronous rectification, and quasiresonant operating mode of switches located in primary winding circuit of power transformer is arranged.
EFFECT: development of heavy-duty small-size voltage converters is possible, and efficiency is increased.
