SUBSTANCE: methods provide for preparation of the recipe components, extraction of the flavoured vegetable raw material envisaged by the method versions with liquid nitrogen with the corresponding miscella separation, dandelion roots cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grains, chestnuts and soya frying, mixing dandelion roots, barley grains, oat grains and rye grains. The obtained mixture is impregnated by the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of the mixture and its cryomilling in the medium of nitrogen released.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to produce new flavoured coffee drink and also provide for improvement of organoleptic properties of drink due to its enrichment with extractive substances of miscella and their preservation.
