FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, and can be used in various fields of surgery. A surgical instrument for combined tissue dissection comprises a working cylinder with an excess pressure source, an elongated tubular body, a slide rod with a working end, a handle with a guide hole, and a slide rod drive comprising a spring-assisted joint flat lever with a long slot. The slide rod is mounted in the elongated tubular body with its working end pulled out from a body face. The working end of the slide rod has a rounded face and is designed for tissue preparation. The excess pressure source represents a fluid tank mounted in the handle and provided with a piston and a pusher. The pusher is movable in the guide hole of the long slot. The working cylinder is connected with the excess pressure source by means of the slide rod and a flexible pipeline. The working cylinder is placed on the slide rod at the distance from the rounded face of the working end equal to 1/2-2/3 of the external diametre of the movable rod. The curve radius of the face of the working end of the slide rod exceeds the external diametre of the slide rod by 1/4-1/2.
EFFECT: enabled convenient, graduated and safe combined tissue layering in surgical manipulations.
