FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring machining processes of a three-dimensional machined part by means of cutting tools controlled by machines. Method comprises receiving process data from a plurality of machines, comprising elements cutting parameters in the three-dimensional machined part, analysis of process information for extraction of cutting parameters and parameters of cutting tool, transformation of location of each element in processed part from three-dimensional to two-dimensional space, initiating a request for extracting tracking information on a cutting tool from each cutting machine during cutting a plurality of elements in the three-dimensional machined part, correlation of each of plurality of elements with current state of cutting of each element using element identifier and cutting tool identifier and display of cutting state in two-dimensional space. Invention also relates to a monitoring device.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves quality of monitoring and broadens its technological capabilities.
