Technological information describing the cutting parameters is received from machines with cutting tools, information about the predicted wear of the cutting tools is retrieved, which provides a correlation of the predicted amount of wear of the cutting tools with the cutting parameters, information about the cutting tools is retrieved, including information about the measured wear of the cutting tools for one of the cutting tools, the predicted amount of the cutting tool wear for one of the cutting tools is calculated based on the information about the measured wear of the cutting tool, and at least one element is cut out in accordance with the calculated predicted amount of the cutting tool wear.
EFFECT: cutting process is simplified.
