FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing dry construction mixtures and can be used in construction engineering. The method of preparing the antiseptic additive for a dry construction mixture involves passing direct current through electrodes immersed in water, obtaining a silver colloidal solution, feeding lime into a mixing device before mixing, batching lime into the silver colloidal solution, drying the obtained lime paste which is rich in colloidal silver, grinding the obtained dry mass, sieving the obtained ground mass, finishing mixing, packing into a prepared waterproof packaging for further application. Components are in the following ratio in wt %: lime 60%; silver colloidal solution with silver concentration of 70-75 mg/l 40%. The antiseptic additive for the dry construction mixture is dry, fine powder with specific surface area less than 5000-7000 cm2/g, rich in colloidal silver with particle size 0.005-0.015 micrometres.
EFFECT: obtaining construction antiseptic with wide range of effects for volumetric modification of concrete, mortar and dry construction mixtures with minimum consumption of raw materials, high technological effectiveness of application and transportability.
