FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: dry mortar mix designed for interior finishing operations at air humidity 75% contains, wt %: calcium-containing mineral material 89.8-98.0, sodium tripolyphosphate (reagent controlling hardening time of tempered mix) 0.1-0.5, boric acid (antiseptic) 0.1-0.7, and starch-containing reagent (water-retention additive) 1.8-9.0. In particular, calcium-containing material is composed of gypsum semihydrate binder and concentrated chalk, proportion of the latter not exceeding 48.15% of the weight of gypsum binder. Constructional glue composition is prepared by stirring water and polymer additive (acrylic pr styrene-acrylic emulsion) in mixer for 25 to 50 s followed by addition of above-described dry mortar mix.
