SUBSTANCE: dry construction mixture contains components with the following ratio, pts. wt.: portland cement 0.75-1, quartz sand with fineness ratio equal to 0.95-1.05, 2.9-3.0, ferruginous hydrated cake, ground to pass through the sieve with holes of 0.2 mm, 0.3 - 0.55.

EFFECT: increase of water holding capacity and plastic properties of a solution mixture, raw material base expansion, cost reduction, recycling of industry wastes and improvement of ecological situation.
