FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: disk is manufactured out of martensite steel with preceding austenite grains of medium diametre from 8 mcm to less, than 15 mcm and containing in wt %: 0.1% or less C, 1.0% or less Si, 2.0% or less Mn, from 10.5% to 15.0% Cr, 0.1% or less N and from 0.02 to 0.6% Nb, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. Additionally steel can contain at least one of the following components in wt %: 0.01%-0.5% Cu, 0.01%-2.0% Mo, 0.10%-2.0% Ni, 0.01%-1.0% Co, 0.02%-0.3% Ti, 0.02%-0.3% V, 0.02%-0.3% Zr, 0.02%-0.3% Ta, 0.0005%-0.0050% B and 0.0005%-0.0050% Ca. Hardness of the disk is 27 HRC or more after tempering at temperature 600°C during one hour and impact resilience by Sharpi 50 J/cm2 or more.
EFFECT: raised hardness and impact resilience of disk.
