SUBSTANCE: local computer ophthalmic microsurgical operating system has formatting devices which are in form of radial-annular structures of an artificial neural network consisting of automated workstations with direct and reverse flow of information between them, where each automated workstation is fitted with at least one identification unit, each of which is a converting and transmitting element of the neural network, and less than one decision unit, each of which is an analysis and synthesis element of the neural network.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining and quality of identifying diagnoses, determining readings for performing operations, high selectivity when performing operations, accuracy in determining the sequence of operations, simulating operations, selecting anestesiological aid, providing implant and consumable materials, and optimisation of information flow.
