SUBSTANCE: local computer ophthalmomicrosurgical network to assess quality of eye diseases treatment comprises formatting devices made in the form of a radial-circular structure of an artificial neuron network made of automated workplaces (AWP): diagnostics AWP, ophthalmomicrosurgery AWP, conservative treatment AWP, pleoptic-orthoptic treatment AWP, procedures performance monitoring AWP, medicinal treatment AWP, treatment quality assessment AWP, with opposite direct and reverse flows of information distribution in the form of formatted control codes between them. Besides, each AWP comprises at least one neuron chain of associated identification units, with an interpolation unit, an extrapolation unit, a decision-making unit, at the same time all opposite flows of direct main and reverse clarifying flows of information distribution form a single multigraph with at least seven tops made of AWPs that operate synchronously in parallel, with an option to increase structure and functional connections joined together with at least twelve aligned ribs.

EFFECT: simultaneous increase of quality, a technological, refraction, functional result, an ophthalmomicrosurgical operation and an optimal selection of stages of ophthalmomicrosurgical treatment with annual mass production of high-technology ophthalmomicrosurgical operations.
