SUBSTANCE: local computer ophthalmologic microsurgical network of laser operations comprises formatting devices arranged in the form of a radial-circular structure of artificial neuron network, which consists of a single combination of automated workplaces (AWP): AWP of diagnostics, AWP of ophthalmologic microsurgery, AWP of laser refraction surgery, AWP of laser operations execution control, AWP of laser surgical operational unit, AWP of laser non-refraction surgery, with opposite forward and reverse flows of information distribution between them, besides, each AWP comprises at least one neuron chain of linked identification units, a unit of interpolation, a unit of extrapolation, a unit of decision making, at the same in the forward information flows.

EFFECT: simultaneous increase of accuracy of diagnoses definition and identification quality, detection of indications for execution of operations, increased selectivity in laser surgeries, higher accuracy in definition of sequence and stages of operations, operations modelling, accuracy in selection of anesthesia care, accuracy of medications and other consumables provision, provision of information flows and needs optimisation in execution of laser ophthalmologic surgeries.
