SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vending equipment and may be used in devices for sell packed goods to public. The device comprises a storage container, where packets are stored and sold to customers. Inside the container there are boxes in the form of parallel rows of cells, every of which has a door with hinges, arranged in all cells in the box at one side. At these doors there are internal locks with crossbars at the side, opposite to hinged, and response parts of locks are arranged under a plank, which is common for the box. The plank has guides, where slots are provided in areas of crossbars location, and at least one lock, which is arranged in walls of the storage container, and response parts of the lock - on the plank, where slots are available for free exit of the lock crossbars in cell doors. The plank after the lock opening has freedom of displacement along the guides, besides, number of box rows in the storage container may be more than one, and keys from each cell belong to each customer, and keys from the plank lock belong only to the supplier for laying packets into cells.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to sell goods in packets directly in areas of consumers location, in particular, in apartment block entrances, which increases turnover, reduces costs for maintenance and price of goods.
