SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drinking water dispensing apparatus including water inlet to be connected to water supply device, dispensing device with water outlet to feed water out of said apparatus. Note here that dispensing device is connected with water inlet via main pipeline that comprises upstream and downstream sections and water heater. Water dispensing apparatus has return pipeline with its start connected with main pipeline downstream section and its end connected with main pipeline upstream section, as well as transportation unit to transfer water via main pipeline from said upstream section to said downstream section, water being heated by water heater.
EFFECT: water dispenser for thermal sterilisation at low power consumption.
