FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: distributing device includes valve unit which has the valve stem provided with possibility of being fitted tightly on the valve seat, and distributing body, with the first inlet hole and the second inlet hole for connection of supply water conduits, as well as water distribution outlet hole. Hydrodynamic connection between both inlet holes and outlet hole (40) is provided through channel section (30) which has vale seat (64) on end (26) located on the end surface for valve stem (60). Valve seat (64) comprises a flow diverting element for changing the direction of water flow passing from the first inlet hole and/or from the second inlet hole to outlet hole (40) at least through 90°. Valve unit (14) is made in the form of electromagnetic valve and has coil (56) with core (58) of coil, which is installed in it and forms valve stem (60). Distributing body (12) is made from heat-conducting and thermally stable material at the temperature required for water pasteurisation. There is water distributing plant with the above distributing device.
