SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a diagnostic technique for a vegetative nervous system status in neurologic syndromes of face and head. Sensory trigeminal nerve fibres is stimulated with an evoked response been recorded and estimated. Along with the components of a neurophysiological pattern of wink reflex, slow positive "ДЛ"-wave latency and amplitude of peak latency 60-80 ms, amplitude 1.0-1.2 mV, length 70-90 ms are recorded and estimated additionally. The "ДЛ"-wave is generated by stimulating the sensory trigeminal nerve fibres in a projection of its frontal branch in an area of a supraorbital incisure by rectangular stimuli of length 0.1 ms, force 20-30 mA, irregularly every 10-15 seconds. The quantitative characteristics of the generated slow positive "ДЛ"-wave are described to diagnose thereby the VNS status.
EFFECT: technique extends the range of diagnostic products for the vegetative nervous system status in neurologic syndromes of face and head.
