FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a radio-frequency transmitter-receiver to a magnetic-resonance scanner for an orthopaedic magnetic tomograph. The device comprises a drive radio pulse former, a radio pulse amplifier unit, a transmitter, a radio-frequency signal receiver, a receiver and transmitter radio-frequency coils connected to the receiver and transmitter respectively. The transmitter and receiver radio-frequency coils are integrated in one transmitter-receiver coil. The drive radio pulse former is connected through a switchboard with a the radio pulse amplifier unit comprising a box of the amplifiers of various amplification coefficients for each type of the transmitter-receiver coil. An input of the switchboard is connected to an output of a first comparator with its first input connected to a memory unit. For transmitter-receiver coil type identification, an RC-chain is integrated in each coil. The RC-chain input is connected with a step voltage control device, and an output - to a second comparator. A second input of the comparator is connected with the step voltage control device, and an output - to a delay time metre with its second input also connected with the step voltage control device, and an output - with the second input of the first comparator.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows decreasing power and reducing an effect of high-frequency electromagnetic field on a human body.
