Device 10 comprises floating appliance 11, suction head 31 with pump 37 and elongates guide plates 56 connecting said head 31 with appliance 11. Suction head comprises hollow elongated casing with open bottom side. Floating appliance 31 incorporates winch 32 to lift/down suction head. Guide plates 56 are coupled with floating appliance 11 to slide and indicate operating depth of suction head 31.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
