FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: equipment for collecting, cleaning, and thickening bottom sediments of structures, storm-water, industrial runoff, sediments of rivers and lakes, as well as bottom sediments of slag dumps. The robotic complex for collecting, separating, accumulating and recycling bottom contaminants contains underwater and above-water parts. The underwater part is made in the form of a self-propelled platform on caterpillar tracks. The self-propelled platform is controlled remotely from the surface using a controller. The means for accumulating the contaminants is made in the form of a bag made of elastic material, which ensures the passage of liquid from inside the bag to the outside. The above-water part contains the means for separating the bottom contaminants into liquid and solid phases and purifying the liquid phase. The means for separating the bottom contaminants into liquid and solid phases is a squeezing press containing a container with a mould inside it. The mould is configured to accommodate a bag made of an elastic material for accumulating the contaminants. The means for purifying the liquid phase is made in the form of multilayer tubular filters, the filter elements of which are made in the form of a first layer of polypropylene thread, predominantly multifilament synthetic thread with predominantly loop pile, repeatedly wound on a perforated sleeve, and a second layer in the form of a combined layer of MION and FIBAN materials . The self-propelled platform includes a platform and a pair of tracked movers mounted on opposite sides of the platform, the drive wheels of which are made separate for each wheel in the form of electric motors. The drives are connected to a controller, to which a technical vision module is also connected, mounted on a platform and containing a video camera and an active-pulse vision device. An electric slurry pump and a gear motor for loosening slurry sediments, on the shaft of which a nozzle is mounted, are mounted in the front part of the platform.
EFFECT: ability to create a manoeuvrable, efficient robotic complex that implements a full cycle of collection, separation, accumulation, and purification of bottom pollution, including increased density and viscosity.
