SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment, primarily, drinking water treatment, and may be used in household conditions, medicine, etc. Filtration module consists of a top part comprising cover with at least one water inlet and air outlet, and bottom part made up of a case filled with filtration material, and bottom with at least one outlet. Module bottom part features filtration variable section in crosswise and axial directions that ensure pressure differential and shaped bottom comprising base, at least two sidewalls inclined to module central axis, and at least one top surface extending toward said cover and provided with at least one outlet. Water cleaner comprises intake vessel for fluid to be cleaned, cleaned water vessel, and above described filtration module.

EFFECT: higher rate and efficiency of filtration.
