FIELD: technology of water and air purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning liquids and is mainly used in conjunction with filters for pitchers that are used almost everywhere where there is a need to obtain clean drinking water. Filter cartridge consists of two working zones and at least one fixing means. Upper working zone is provided with openings for fluid entry and air outflow, and the lower working area that has at least one outlet opening in the base is filled with the first filtering material. In the upper working zone, which is the lid, at least one shell with the second filtering material is arranged in such a way that there is some free space, wherein the casing is liquid-permeable and can not be mechanically fastened.
