FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to proportioning mixers that serve to proportion, mix and homogenise whatever fluids irrespective of their properties and applications. Proposed device may operate in either static or dynamic mode and comprises tank 4 with cover 10 provided with mixer 8 incorporating height-adjusted spirals 14. Proposed device comprises base 10 equipped with control unit 2 including electronic proportioner to allow selecting device operating conditions. It includes rinsing pump and reduced-volume tank 4 for mixes, built-in viscosity regulator and several proportioning pumps 5 with electronic control and inlets that allow direct suction from equalising tank 7.
EFFECT: automatic proportioning and mixing of fluid components, their content proportions being selected on control panel.
