FIELD: moulding equipment.

SUBSTANCE: vacuum injection moulding machine designed for production of products from two-component polyurethanes. The machine consists of a box-shaped body, including a vacuum chamber connected to a vacuum pump and containing a working area with elements for supplying components, mixing them and feeding them into an injection mould, a service compartment with a vacuum pump, a pneumatic drive for dosing components, a controller and a control panel. In the working area, there are dispensers for each component and one mixing bowl with a driven stirrer, a bowl tilt drive and a weighing module. All actuators are connected to a controller capable of programming and executing all moulding stages in an automatic mode. The machine includes an independent unit for preparation of polyurethane components. The control panel is structurally made in the form of a panel on which a touch panel, an electronic vacuum value indicator, an emergency stop button are located, and is located on the service compartment door. The vacuum chamber and the polyurethane component preparation unit can be mounted on wheel supports.

EFFECT: reduced cycle time for manufacturing of parts by vacuum moulding.
