FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: homogenized oilfield gel production system includes a power supply, a control system, a feed tank, a bunker and a pipeline system, which includes the inlet and exhaust manifolds, centrifugal pumps and metering devices for filling the feed tank and releasing the oilfield gel. The system further includes a powder humidifying device and liquid chemical equipment. The homogenized oilfield gel production method comprises a guar powder processing procedure including an adjustable sequence of start and stop of Venturi mixer in the humidifying unit. The homogenized oilfield gel production method further includes a liquid gel concentrate processing procedure comprising a procedure of dosing and introducing chemicals for liquid gel concentrate mixing.
EFFECT: invention provides for a powder processing and humidifying system which quickly produces functional oilfield gel without recirculation, agglomerates or destroying high shear processes.
