SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of thermal insulation of pipes. Mixing resin, plasticizers with microspheres and a hardener, modifiers with microspheres according to the developed recipes allows to obtain two basic components, respectively A and B, each of which is not reactive. As a result, the process of preparation of each of these components is not limited in time and can be carried out under optimal conditions for mixing the liquid component with microspheres with their minimum destruction. Combining the process of mixing components A and B with the formation of a composition on a pipe in the form of a coating makes it possible to minimize the reaction zone of the equipment and, accordingly, reduce the amount of equipment cleaning in the event of a process shutdown, and it also seems possible to use fast-hardening spheroplast compositions, since the curing reaction begins almost in the zone shaping. The rotation of the pipe during the application of the composition ensures uniform filling of the working cavity of the extrusion head and the formation of a flow of compositions at the exit from the die in the form of a coating of constant thickness. In addition, the rotation of the pipe prevents the composition from flowing along the pipe, thereby guaranteeing the preservation of the shape and dimensions of the coating.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of obtaining spheroplastics by intensifying the processes of mixture formation of components at all stages, increasing the productivity of the process of coating pipes of a large assortment of diameters in conditions of mass production in a continuously cyclic way.
