FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to co-extrusion of, at least, two flows of different-composition melt. Proposed method consists in producing film with colored band suitable to be used as intermediate layer of multilayer glasses and comprises several process stages. First, polymer mass is melted in extruded for it to be separated into, at least, two flows. Then, additives are added to, at least, one melt flow, melt flows are combined and co-extrusion is performed. Note here that melt separation into, at least, two flows is carried out after the flow escapes from extruder while melt flows are combined in co-extrusion. Note also that polymer mass is made up of polyvinyl butyral and plasticiser.

EFFECT: reduced intervals of additive replacement, fast detection of defects and rejection of products with inhomogeneous co-extruded product.
