SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway vehicles. First version. Absorbing apparatus comprises housing, elastic flexible elements, pressure and intermediate plates. Said elastic flexible elements are made up of two rings with larger and smaller bases to interact with intermediate plate or two sets of elastic flexible rings with larger and smaller bases. Second version. Absorbing apparatus comprises housing - yoke, elastic flexible elements, pressure and intermediate plates. Said elastic flexible elements are made up of two rings with larger and smaller bases, or two sets of elastic flexible rings with larger and smaller bases arranged between appropriate plates. Third version. Absorbing apparatus comprises housing interacting with yoke, or housing that doubles as a yoke, elastic elements and plate interacting with automatic coupler. Absorbing element incorporates spacer plate arranged between pressure plate and elastic flexible elements separated by intermediate elements and arranged along limiter of their crosswise travel. Fourth version. Absorbing apparatus comprises housing interacting with yoke, or housing that doubles as a yoke, elastic flexible elements, plate interacting with automatic coupler and intermediate plate. Said intermediate plate may be coupled with detachable or permanent element of coupler passed through hole made in housing bottom.
