Differential station of satellite radio communication is connected via unit of differential corrections of satellite radio navigation coordinates with register of local subscribers. Multichannel server of interaction with shunting locomotives is connected to digital base radio stations commutator connected via data transfer unit with base stations. Decipher of service messages is connected between base radio stations commutator and register of local subscribers. Additional I/O of base radio stations commutator makes the I/O of integrated system of monitoring and management. Multichannel server interacts with shunting locomotives and is connected to decipher of service messages. Shunting locomotive additionally incorporates identifier of shunting locomotive connection to system and service message generation unit.
