FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to device and method of welded seam preparation in foil bag. Device for preparation of welded seam contains ultrasonic hammer and anvil. Welding side of anvil faces ultrasonic hammer and is equipped with prolonged protrusion. Device for welded seams making in foil bags contains several devices that might be installed next to each other and may be actuated simultaneously. Method of welded seam making in foil bag consists in effect of ultrasound that passes from ultrasonic hammer to anvil though the bag. Welded seams in foil bag are improved.
EFFECT: improvement of welded seams in foil bag.
